Kanto, where it all began. It shares it's league with Johto- and it's economy, frankly. Kanto makes a lot of money through trade and invests almost all of it into science. More recently, they've began investing it in weaponry. Many towns are focused on creating guns or doing experiments to figure out what exactly is effective for warfare. It has multiple bustling cities along with a handful of quaint towns, but none of them seemed to be tied down to one side in this war. Everything is constantly changing about Kanto. The war has changed a once united region into a fickle, giant laboratory- a machine of war.

Johto is a rather isolationist region, generally keeping to itself for better or for worse. It's most famed for its food production and trade, which keep its modest economy both stable and productive. The populace is mostly spiritual and traditionalist, often leaning toward allegiance with Zemina but rarely showing much desire to bear active arms. For now Boure dissidents have yet to make an outright push, mostly keeping to the shadows and plotting their rise. As undercurrents of revolution continue running beneath the region this carefree lifestyle's days seem all the more numbered. Will peace prevail in Johto, or will tensions finally snap and plunge this region into war?

Hoenn, the scattered-island region across the ocean. It is tropical, boasting deserts, mountains, vast oceans and many underwater (and above-water) caverns to explore. It also plays home to the headquarters for trainers and rangers, supplying the League and the region with many strong rangers and trainers. Hoenn’s League is a tricky – and sometimes brutal – obstacle for aspiring trainers. Or at least, it was. Until the war. Now, much of the region remains divided, even as it starts storing away supplies and erecting a large wall around the entirety of its region for safety. But how long will that safety last?

Sinnoh is a region where the old and the new combine. Brand new technologies and hopes for the future mingle with the Pokemon world's oldest religion and years of past experience. While gifted at many economic forms, such as power supply, mining, farming, and entertainment, their lack of specialization has lead to recent wartime struggles. The usual Sinnoh unity, however, has been shaken greatly by Team Galactic's acts of terrorism. While Sinnoh's central cities remain strong in their love for the League and Champion, the peripheral cities hit hardest by Galactic resent the League's failure to save them. A Zemina core is surrounded by Boure's cities on the region's edges, the main League building safely isolated from it all.

A region with many different sorts of landmarks and people, Unova is likely the most culturally diverse region in the world. It has beautiful cities and quiet forests, most of which are Zemina-dominated territories. It's main asset is the entertainment and transport units it produces- it has major tourist attractions in it's wonderful oceanside towns and it's Pokemon musicals, and produces dozens of planes for use in other regions. Boure wants this region desperately, and rightfully so. Unova has easily become one of the most desired regions in the world because of it's technological advancement. How will the citizens of the region hold up when the battle begins?

Kalos is the origin of the war, these days both a living memorial and its bloodiest battleground. They've fought since long before the war's official start, and have quite a few destroyed, even abandoned cities to show for it. Refugees leave the region in droves, and the once-abundant tourism of the region has come to a forceful halt. The region has striated just like it's flag: Boure rebels control much of the coast, Zemina keeps an iron grip on the mountainous east, and a few Kopec adherents hide in the region's center. One question remains on the mind of Kalos' remaining populace: will more fighting stop all of this bloodshed, or will this war bring the region to its knees? Many fear that, no matter the answer, it's far too late to turn back.
