Boure, almost solely due to the fact it's the side that'll give him the least grief. Sure, he used to want to change the world, make it a better place, but now he just wants to make a decent living for himself and survive. He doesn't strongly believe in either side, considering he was part of the course of the great war.
▶ JOB/OCCUPATION:
Well, once upon a time he was a grunt for Team Aqua, but now he's pretty happily settled in to the life of a sailor. Sometimes he takes goods with him for different places in the world, other times he just wants to be out at sea.

he's barely three when his dad leaves, just sails off in to the sunset, and it sets him up for his mindset. his dad chose to put himself first, and it's a lesson Feliks taken to heart his whole life. sure, he worked odd jobs in Slateport to help support his mother, and when he picked up sailing he always helped, but it was all part of his plan. sail away, see the world, experience what it had to offer whilst indulging in his life with water pokemon. the sort he felt a connection too even from his very earliest days.
as a teenager, aqua appealed to him. the idea of even more sea drew him in, and the uniform's weren't exactly bad either, but after getting his behind handed to him time and time again, it seemed like the time to jump ship. the minute the heavens opened up above them and nearly left them drowned, that was when his survival came first. of course, people weren't overly fond of the idea of hiring an ex aqua, so crime began a part of his life. pillaging wreckage and helping out in the transport of certain goods meant money wasn't an issue, and moral integrity was never really feliks's strong suit in the first place.
hell, it's what he's still doing. a very loosely aligned party that more often than not transports goods for either side of the equation. sure, he's playing a dangerous game, but he knows he can get away if he needs to. he knows plenty of deserted islands where he can hide until the pressures off, or until the world gets destroyed. either way he'll be sipping on something his fellow ex aqua's would probably laugh at him for.
