A small, quaint town, the closest to the Tohjo Falls border between Kanto and Johto. However, its proximity to the League has made it a useful pair of ears for the Indigo Plateau. News from Kanto generally passes through New Bark before ever seeing the rest of Johto, making Boure's messages easy to stifle.
