Twinleaf Town is small, peaceful, and terrified out of its mind. It's one of the smallest and most vulnerable cities in the region, its perimeter to the seas makes it easy to attack, and not even master trainers were able to protect its lake. For this reason it has sworn a doctrine of nonaggression, hoping to stay out of both sides' line of fire.

Besides it's lab, Sandgem is rather unremarkable. Fortunately, Sandgem's lab is incredibly remarkable. Rowan's lab is the leading authority on Pokemon evolution, and single-handedly turned Sandgem from a beach resort to a bastion of knowledge. Rumor has it that lab interns were found sneaking research supplies to Lake Verity, but no proof has surfaced.

As a Zemina-aligned city surrounded by dissatisfied territories, Jubilife City has a heavy burden on its shoulders. Growing discontent with the League has lead to Poketch sales falling, and the TV station alternates between spreading enjoyment and spreading propaganda. Even the trainer's school has become an olive branch, attempting to teach the importance of the League and trainers relying on each other.

Oreburgh has always been a workhorse of a town, it's dedicated populace preferring to toil the day away first and ask questions later. However, as its ample coal supply dwindles, the people of the town have found themselves at a crossroads over who to support. Debates rage throughout the city, but people of all ideologies are welcome so long as they put business before politics. This perspective has earned Kopec's support.

Don't let its peaceful outlook and small population fool you: Floaroma Town is vital to the continuing existence of the Boure movement. Its fertile grounds provide ample food where flower fields once stood, and its proximity to both the Valley Windworks and the Fuego Ironworks allows for the easy movement of power and building materials. While it's still as beautiful as ever, cheery innocence has given way to a strong, rebellious spirit.

Eterna City is one of the oldest residential areas in Sinnoh, and its mostly-elderly populace strongly favors peace over war. However, they are also strongly opinionated Zemina supporters, and take issue with the increasing Boure sentiment. A "get along or get out" policy has been enacted, with most preferring the former to the latter.

Hearthome City has been long-considered the most beautiful city in Sinnoh, and even the war has yet to spoil that. It is considered the region's cultural center and is responsible for the grand majority of Sinnoh's tourism. It is also home to beautiful cathedrals, providing solidarity and unity through the word of Arceus. Tension is generally kept subtle, away from ears of Hearthome's many curious children.

Solcaeon Town may be small, but it's been the backbone of Sinnoh for generations. The town is a simple farming town, home to more Pokemon than people and absolutely essential for keeping the region fed. Its citizens are firmly aligned with Zemina, and fear that trainers from the city only oppose the League to try and better their own prospects. While normally peaceful, talk of forming a militia has become a hot topic during secret meetings in the Solaceon Ruins.

Celestic Town is the birthplace of the region's champion and the guardian of its history. The few who live in the town feel that those who forget the bloodshed and suffering of past wars are doomed to relive their perils, and have taken up a mostly pacifistic, Kopec-aligned lifestyle. Great walls have been erected around the town, built between natural cliffsides and canyons to keep dangerous outsiders at bay. If invaded, however, they will stop at nothing to defend their homes.

Veilstone City may not be the most picturesque place in Sinnoh, but it has become one of the most famous. It's game corners and hotels make it an excellent vacation destination, and also serve as the perfect front for a profitable money-laundering business. The former Team Galactic HQ looks abandoned, but the warehouse guarding it is a burgeoning hideout for the city's elite. By keeping up the appearance of neutrality despite their war profiteering, Veilstone's moguls win no matter which side they support!

Pastoria City was the worst off from Team Galactic's bombing of Lake Valor, and as a result they're the most vocal in their opposition to Zemina. The region's strongest trainers have reportedly been flocking to Pastoria, using its great marshes to capture rare Pokemon and practice guerilla warfare. Its proximity to the Pokemon League only further inspires their drills, as if daring Zemina to try and put a stop to them.

Canalave City is one of the mountainous region's few ports. It's also very outspoken in its disdain for Zemina, a side effect of being a gathering point for opinionated sailors all across the globe. Some find the city's populace coarse and crude, but that doesn't change that they're some of the best shippers in the six regions. Their hard work and long voyages grant Sinnoh's rebellion rare technologies and even rarer Pokemon.

Some would think Snowpoint City simply watches the war coldly, isolated and keeping a safe distance. Those people are wrong. The isolation of Snowpoint City makes it a perfect place for planning and plotting, and many of Boure's most well-guarded secrets are hidden somewhere beneath the ice and snow. Communication technologies shipped from Veilstone's Galactic Building help keep the city in the know despite its far distance from the rest of the region.

Sunnyshore City is Zemina's last, and strongest, bastion of defense. It's drawbridges are perpetually up, cutting the League building off from the increasingly bloodied region. While its military is strong its control over power lines is even stronger, allowing it to keep Zemina adherents' factories and homes running while denying any who try and spread rebellion. It's cruel business, but those in power assure themselves its more humane than an actual fight.
