As the home of Professor Birch, it's a nice, quiet place, close to the shore of Hoenn. Its rather isolated location means that it is league-sympathetic, however, and ready to defend their reputation. Not to mention that the Lab is a known supplier for the League, and security around various homes has been upgraded due to fear.

Located to the north of Route 101, the small town doesn't hold anything particularly of note. With the lack of people and crowd-drawing landmarks, it takes an officially neutral stance in the war.

Petalburg City is neutral - neutral to the end of the world and back, because there's no one here. War tore the town apart and left it abandoned. It used to be a nice, quaint town. Pretty peaceful, really. Now it's deserted, and everyone tries to avoid it if they can. It's recommended trying not to disturb the dead.

One of the largest cities in Hoenn, Rustboro is not one to be overlooked. It plays home to the Devon Corporation's headquarters, as well as the former Pokemon Trainer School. Now, however, tensions rise as league-supporting citydwellers and anti-league citizens strive for dominance of the city.

A town off the shore of Hoenn, Dewford has been left untouched by the war for the most part. Serenity seems to blanket the town, even though many others have trouble with the way that it supports the league; but any who may really object are a good mileages of sea water away.

The first city in Hoenn not to boast a Gym, Slateport still is quite the sight to see. There is a Contest Hall as well as a Battle Tent in the city, and never fails to draws trainers to compete. Of course, that also means that people from all three sides of the war are here - for the league, against the league, and completely neutrals.

Built at the very heart of Hoenn, Mauville City boasts the much-reputed Game Corner. Both avid gamblers and ambitious trainers flock to Mauville and its Gym, even as different ideologies clash. For now the city remains peaceful, but how long will that last?

Connected to Rusturf Tunnel, the comparatively small town hosts a Contest Hall and a Battle Tent, as well as the standard Pokemon Center and Pokemart. Many trainers stop here to rest and restock before continuing their adventure, as well as compete in the local competitions.

Possibly the only vocal anti-League city with a League Gym, Lavaridge Town nevertheless remains a popular training ground for pokemon trainers. Weather remains warm almost year-round, and it still advertises itself as an "excellent place for relaxing," given its location so close to Mt. Chimney, its reputation as a tourist town, and its famous hot springs.

Fallarbor is a town located to the north of Hoenn, close to the volcano Mt. Chimney. It was damaged in the ash expelled from the volcano, yet still remains standing with the help of its citizens. Some of the town support the League and the help it gave after the natural disaster, while the rest are neutral about the issue. Nonetheless, the town remains simply that - a town.

There is nothing here. All the treehouses are abandoned, scorched and left to rot. Like petalburg, this place is neutral, and a favorite place for other neutrals to hide from the league and anti-league's war. Be careful where you step, for you may step on bones.

Lilycove is a seaside town at the easternmost bit of the mainland of Hoenn. It contains a massive PokéMart, as well as GameFreak, Pokemon Contests, the famous painting museum, Lilycove Museum, and the Move Deleter - and as with any city in Hoenn there live here League supporters, criticizers, and people who refuse to take part of it all.

Mossdeep remains a city in the middle of the ocean, only accessible by surf, and thus it's not a wonder why people are still loyal to the League here. It also boasts home to Steven Stone and the Space Centre, and even with its remote location it receives a fair amount of visitors and tourists - especially with its official neutral stance.

This city is the most isolated place of all, only accessible through dive. Sootopolis City is completely neutral, and services as a civilian's bunker thanks to its location, although the people here are still pretty shaken up by the legendary pokemon Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza's appearance.

A small city located up a waterfall, the town's area is separated by the Victory Road in the middle and as the Pokemon Center in the southern part, and the Pokemon League towards the north. Unsurprisingly, Ever Grande is a pro-league city, and will most likely remain one.

Pacifidlog Town is a small town that sits on top of a colony of Corsola. It's a very small town with just a few buildings and requires surf to get to it. As such it has remained mostly neutral in this war, although there are large sections of League supporters among the town who cry over the calls of the dissenters, even with the neutrals outnumbering them both.
