wanted: hoenn leaders, mossdeep scientists

first off: AAAYYYYYY LET'S GET SOME MORE HOENN UP IN HERE
(because hoenn is fantastic and i love it very much) (no i am not biased in the slightest)

secondly. mossdeep has a space center, which is great -- but considering there's a war, i'm fairly sure there aren't as many spacey things happening at the moment. what i'd like to see are scientists, be they zemina or boure or kopec, working at said space station.

tate and liza are zemina but technically neutral, and i'd like to think the allegiance of mossdeep would depend on what's happening at that space station. if we get a bunch of boure investigators/scientists, they could probably have mossdeep fall to boure at some point.

on the other hand, zemina scientists could turn mossdeep into a fortress, with shoal cave being used as a prison/research facility/whatever people use remote locations for.

idk. it's more like a general mossdeep-wide plot thread, so if anyone has any ideas for the station/city/whatever, feel free to toss ideas this way!

sapphire is on her way, she'll be zemina so. tate & liza + sapphire=fun? she's kind of an oddball and prob runs around the whole region from city to city and tries to help out.

Ironically enough I'd intended Seth's mother to have been a scientist in mossdeep before everything went to hell and she left (for all the mysterious reasons left out until I make a wanted ad for her, weeoooo) and Seth will be likely to return there frequently to visit his uncle and grandmother who still live on the island. If anything is going on back home, he'll come running in a heartbeat, especially if the balance of ideology should change up and put a wrench in the peace they have going there, more or less.

seth ivers yee okay so i'm sorry this is so late but! i'd love to have perhaps liza and seth meet? because liza might be a bit more zemina than tate is, if only because she's super loyal -- but she understands the benefit of keeping mossdeep neutral (for now), whereas tate doesn't particularly care atm i think. and if he travels, i think she'd really like to discuss what's going on outside of mossdeep too? maybe try and get suggestions on what to do with the city.

lmao i think it would be hilarious if lilycove and mossdeep were in an economic alliance just bc lilycove is a port town and mossdeep is so secluded. ruby would probably use that as occasional leverage when it really counts (although not yet)

That'd be cool! I haven't gotten Seth's hands into too much action as of yet, and he's a kopec follower, but even then he's kind of a neutral peace keeper of sorts. He's a sucker for wanting to help people out, and even though he acts as a courier for his uncle and works for basically people from all factions, he would be pretty interested in getting involved in anything important to do with mossdeep. Maybe since he travels and such he'd be willing to act as a kind of contact for liza or help relay info to her when he can or she wants/needs him to?

So long as his family is safe and he can avoid the city being engulfed in the war for as long as possible, he'd do anything. It'd be even more interesting if Seth's parents had some ties to tate or liza, making things either more interesting or difficult for Seth if they begin working together? He's hellbent on finding her eventually, though her character and purposes aren't exactly set in stone just yet so the idea might not even matter. I'm not entirely sure if that's remote to what you have in mind, but if there's something we can build on, I'm more than pumped to work on it! c:
