He was on his way to Fuchsia city already, it just happened to be a coincidence that it was now he chose to do so. He was riding on his motorcycle and when he reached the city border, the attack had already begun. Boure and Zemina battling each other all over the city. People screaming and running in chaos, trying desperately to get out of the city. Those stuck in building debris and running from fires. No no no. This was a Boure City! This belonged to them! If they lost Boure, lost the citizens of Boure, Southern Kanto would be lost to Boure!
Elliot was not a savior. Nor did he much care for the life of others. But this was no normal situation. This was a Boure base and Boure people. Just because Elliot was a spy, didn't mean the people or values of Boure meant nothing to him! Stepping on the gas Elliot road his Motorcycle to the nearest people in need of help. He dropped his bike and ran over to them, the older man attempting to pull out (possibly his wife) from under a large metal beam that kept her pressed to the ground. "Help! Help us please sir!"
Working without a word, Elliot pulled out one of his Pokeballs. Out came Tamashi, his Riolu. "Tamashi! Do a Force Palm! But be careful, do not hurt the woman! Get the Beam off of her."
The little Pokemon nodded at his master and moved toward the beam quickly. He pulled back his right hand and in one swift movement landed his palm onto the metal beam causing it to move off of the woman. In fear, the man grabbed his wife and ran away from the city and into the surrounding forest.
Elliot glanced after them, but didn't have time to ponder their retreat. He praised his youngest Pokemon and then released the rest of his party. Nebula, his Absol. Mask, his Zoroark. Somniis, his Umbreon. Infernos, his Houndoom. Noctis, his Murkrow. Then he began to delegate, his emotions and thoughts being shoved deep into his pit as he moved into leader mode.
"Noctis, search for people who need help, when you find them alert one of us. Nebula, Infernos go and search for people who need help and lead them into the forest in a designated spot. Mask, go find that designated spot and create an illusion around it so that only we can find you and other Pokemon and Zemina agents cannot. Somniis, go look for anyone who has already made it into the forest and bring them into the designated safe spot that Mask creates! Tamashi! You come with me! I'm going to need your help to get people out."
With that they separated, searching for anyone who could not help themselves get out of the city. EVENT, Ohkay so the thread is up. XD I think I have a better hang of this!

Noctis
As the Murkrow took flight, it would have a bird's-eye view of the nearby area. The carnage wasn't pretty: while the fighting had yet to truly spread to a fully citywide extent, there were already many skirmishes breaking out near each of Fuchsia's three entrances. In particular, the crew near the heavily-fortified Route 15 blockade was starting to find itself worn down. A few men dragged away an injured comrade, without stretchers being forced to carry him away on their shoulders. Surely such a wounded soldier could do with finding some proper respite, if Noctis could find the path.
Nebula and Infernos
Nebula and Infernos were right in the center of the action. Sirens wailed as the Boure emergency alarms flared on for the first time, confusion quickly giving way to panic as they began to speed off in every direction. There was no order, despite guards with Mr. Mimes desperately hurling up Barriers to try and narrow the frantic flow of bodies. It was a scene of absolute chaos, and who knows what it would take to make the panicking civilians stop and listen?
Mask and Somniis
It wouldn't be hard finding a perfect spot. Any place dark, accommodating for many people, and easily hidden would suffice. No, the hardest part was getting past Zemina's agents. They were prowling through the forests in packs, figuring the forest's camouflage would allow them to strike more quickly and dangerously than a front door assault would. Before the Zoroark and Umbreon would have the chance to fan out, they would notice the telltale cry of "Zag! Zag!" A weak Pokemon, for sure, but Zigzagoon were known for their sharp noses. Misdirection might have been needed sooner than intended.
Elliot and Tamashi
As the man and his Riolu ran through the streets of Fuchsia, they would notice the same hustle and chaos that Nebula and Inferno had prior. The major difference, however, was that they were far closer to active zones of warring. They currently stood by the Route 19 blockade, once part of the region's beautiful shoreline but now a cliffside deathtrap. Zemina and Boure agents scrambled to fight atop the cliffs, each strike sending stones raining onto the ground below. Naturally, trying to evacuate through this exit would end poorly for anyone involved. People were gathering toward Route 19 en masse, but they started to pause as they approached. If only there were a Boure agent and his stalwart Pokemon who could guide them away from here!

NOCTIS;; It was a good thing that he was such a curious Pokemon or else he wouldn't have noticed all the details that were so important to the mission he was assigned. The first thing that came into view that he figured could have been important was the Safari Zone. He remembered going in there once, but they hadn't stayed long because his master didn't like that kind of Pokemon nor, did he care for the style of catching. So they hadn't stayed long enough for him to enjoy it. However, he did remember what it was like in there.
He saw all the carnage and chaos from his place in the sky, and couldn't help but think it was a useless action to try and safe all the people in the city. But when he noticed the men attempting to take their harmed friend away from the fighting so they could tend to him, he couldn't help but understand how they felt. So he searched around and saw a house nearby. He didn't know if it was being used, or if it would be safe. But if he could get the men a chance to help their friend then he was willing to give it a try and protect them in the process.
He folded his wings close to his body and dove down to the scene where the men were looking around. He opened his wings last minute in front of the group and cawed loudly to get their attention.
"Follow me!" He cawed choppily. His master having taught him a few words to project towards others. "Follow! Follow me!" And he jerked his body in the direction of the house he had seen from the sky that was nearby.
NEBULA & INFERNOS;; It was a chaotic sight. People rushing back and forth like the world was about to end. Authorities attempting desperately to achieve order so that they could possibly get the people out as safely as possible. Infernos narrowed his eyes in complete annoyance as he watched them rush in panic. Nebula stood beside him in all seriousness, he knew, thinking of some way to get them to calm down. They couldn't speak to the crazy beings, but maybe they could bring order back and hand it to the guards to handle more effectively.
Then Nebula howled. It was loud, but it did not reach above the noise of the chaos, her almost being stepped on by the frenzy in the process. But it was a message to Infernos and he completely understood, finding pleasure in any eardrums he may break along the way. In turn he growled and then howled at the sky, the noise being broken by the shaking sound of a houndoom howl. Nebula began to once again howl beside him. Both attempting to get the attention of the overwhelming crowd.
MASK & SOMNIIS;; They had barely reached the outskirts of the forest and already they had encountered a few guards, though they had slipped into the night unnoticed. Though they would have not gotten far, and already they noticed that it would be too dangerous to attempt to keep the citizens safe within the forest. Even at the siren of the Zigzagoon both knew they couldn't go on within here. Being a Pokemon of the night Somniis simply hide herself within the shadows of the foliage around her. Mask on the other hand chose a more active approach. One moment he was a Zoroark, the next he was a Zemina guard, in full uniform and everything. There was even an imaginary Growlith sniffing around the area for effect. If any guards turned to see them, then they would only notice one of their comrades having accidentally set off a pokemon alarm. "Ah!" He said, jumping back from the alarm, going behind another tree in the process.
ELLIOT & TAMASHI;; The first scenario that Elliot came across was the people attempting to escape through the way of the cliffs. Not the safest idea at all. A group of frightened, but desperate people were gathering near the edge of the pass, but seemed even to be afraid of attempting the walk with all the fighting going on above the pass. Elliot shook his head and knew he had to get their attention so that he could lead them to Somniis and Mask. He glanced down at Tamashi, who stood beside him, and leaned down to get onto his level. "You see that group of people? You need to try and get their attention and communicate with them. I know your Aura powers aren't very strong yet, but you need to try to get as many of their attention as possible. Quick Tamashi. Send out an aura of friendship and attraction towards them."
So Tamashi turned to the group of people and lifted his palms toward them, sending waves of Elliot's message toward them. He wanted to get their attention so he could tell them his name and rank and then lead them in a safer direction. From what he could tell, the center of the city was the safest area, as most of the fighting was happening around the entrances, which made plenty of sense because those who controlled the entrances controlled the city.
"HEY!" He called to the group of people from beside his Riolu. He wasn't much of a yelling kind of person, but this was a special occasion. "HEY! CITIZENS! LISTEN TO MY VOICE!"
EVENT, Do you know how hard it was to find muse for that? XD lol, no problem though. I got it all thought out now. :3

Noctis
The men all looked a bit unnerved at the sudden facsimile of human speech echoing around them. The first looked around, panic in his eyes as he called out "Who are you!?", while the second allowed a Wurmple to slither up his shoulder in order to try and get the group some protection. Of course, these precautionary measures weren't necessary for long, as soon they caught wind of the Murkrow trying to get their attention.
"It's just some bird," the second soldier muttered, his Wurmple and his comrade both easing their watchful eyes. "Think it's trying to show us something."
"Keep an eye on it," the first soldier replied. "Hey, you'd better not be leading us into an ambush, y'hear?" he asked, turning to the bird. It was clear he was tense, and who wouldn't be when an ally's life as on the line? Still, it was better then having no options whatsoever, and he prepared to follow the Murkrow at a reasonably safe distance.
Nebula and Infernos
That certainly got their attention.
The panicking crowds stopped short, all turning to look at the source of the howl. The natural human emotions of fright and curiosity were duelling, and it seemed curiosity was winning out. They paused, trying to assess whether the Houndoom was friend or foe, but the answer didn't really matter. A few security Oddish were released by Boure watchmen, taking advantage of the lull in the action to release some soothing Sweet Scent into the crowd.
From there the procession would be much more orderly, barring any sudden scares diffusing the peace. The emergency sirens kept their steady blare, however, as they were programmed to do until proof that the Zemina threat was over.
Mask and Somnis
The Zemina patrol poked his head out from the trees, a furry brown Zigzagoon dashing past him. Both trainer and Pokemon alike looked confused, however, when it seemed like they'd bumped into a comrade. "Just a Growlith, Dolph. Relax," the patrol said, warily keeping a hand on his belt just in case.
"Hey! You! You canvas the area yet?" he asked his "co-worker", oblivious to the man's illusionary nature.
The Zigzagoon, however, wasn't so sure. It sniffed the air a bit more, confused by the strangeness of the odors it was detecting. It pawed forward, sniffing every few steps, and began steadily approaching the strange guard that smelled of Pokemon.
Elliot and Tamashi
The citizens were all pooled near the entrance, unsure if it would be more dangerous to rush past the fighting soldiers or to stay inside of a city that would surely become a battlefield. Could they escape through the route while so many Pokemon clashed on the cliffs above, or would the situation become far too dangerous?
Thankfully, they didn't need to answer that question. Their pondering was cut short by Elliot's yell, which while not too forceful was just enough to catch their attention. Of course, their first reaction was confusing. Who was this guy, and what did he want from them? They turned to look, but even as Elliot spoke a few nervous individuals turned back to consider possible routes.
"Are you here to escape too?" a tall man asked, eyeing the soldiers fighting above as he spoke. It wasn't clear how much longer it'd stay a stalemate for.

NOCTIS;; "Who are you?" One of the guards asked. Noctis just rolled his eyes with indifference. He cawed loudly to get their undivided attention and then nodded his head in the direction of the house he had seen only moments before. The second soldier soon notice him and pointed out how it was "just some bird." Some bird was right. That bird was going to save their Boure Behinds! "Follow me!" He cawed again as he began to drift farther away from the small group and toward the hiding place he had so proudly acknowledged.
"Hey, you'd better not be leading us into an ambush, y'hear?" Noctis glanced back at the man, but did nothing else. This was a tense time after all. He wouldn't expect anything less from him. Though It was just a little bit annoying that he was trying to help and all he could do was accuse. It didn't matter though for it didn't take long for him to lead the men into the nearest appearing empty house. For a moment he stopped and mulled over a word that his master had recently taught him. "House check!" He blurted, hoping the men would understand. He wanted to check the inside of the house out for them before they entered, but couldn't until one of them opened the door.
NEBULA & INFERNOS;; Nebula nodded, satisfied, from beside Infernos with her annoyingly smug grin as if it was all her who had gotten the attention of the group of people. Infernos growled at her vanity. She thought she was so cool just because she was Elliot's first Pokemon.
But Nebula was thinking quiet deeply about something else. It didn't only help that they get the people calm. They were supposed to get the people to safety. She looked around the area. The problem was, she had no idea where Somniis and Mask were hiding or if they had even found a hiding place to stay at. Time for a little bit of hunting. She needed to find out what the police were planning to do with the people. Where were they going to take the people? She began to slip away from where she stood and began to look up at the different guards to see if they could answer her question.
Inferno growled, as he disagreed. The Police could take care of these people themselves. They were trained to do this. Without so much as a warning. Infernos separated himself from Nebula and began to look for other ways he could help.
MASK & SOMNIIS;; As the Zigzagoon began nearing their area the Growlith sniffed right back at it. Appearing Curious. But Mask didn't need to fool the Pokemon. He needed to fool the pokemon's master, which of course required fooling the Pokemon. Mask walked up to the fake Growlith and pat its head as if to stop it from being curious. "Relax, we'll be out of here soon." Then he stood up and nodded at his "comrade" and answered in a casual tone. "Yeah! Just about done. We were finishing up when you guys caught us by surprise. Sorry bout that." He said with a salute.
Within the bushes Somniis got a little impatient. She couldn't let Mask have all the fun. So she began to sneak around the perimeter of the small area being very careful to stay in the shadows of bushes and out of complete sight and dropping all sound. Though it was her smell that she allowed to waver toward the Zigzagoon. More or less to get its attention. At this moment is didn't really matter if she was caught. It would just appear like the guard would have two pokemon out. It was Mask that needed to be kept a secret.
ELLIOT & TAMASHI;; It wasn't difficult for him to get their attention. In fact, with Tamashi, it was actually pretty easy. Now that he had their attention he shook his head. The man had asked if he was here to escape as well. of course not. He was here to save them whether he cared about them or not. But they didn't know that and they didn't have to know that. But as he was coming over here, He had a thought. Perhaps the middle of the city was not as badly hit as the two entrances he had seen been. Then a thought occurred to him. What if he could get as many people as possible into the Safari zone. Of course there would be people who would want to take that as base. But with Mask keeping the area secure (if he could get ahold of those two again) and the rest of his Pokemon holding down the fort, then maybe he could continue to look for people who needed help. Of course he had already hit himself over how long it had taken him to realize that idea.
"No," He said to the man and the rest of the citizens. "We are here to get you out of danger and into a safe area until the end of the fight. If you go that way, many of you are possibly going to get hurt. The middle of the city may be less chaotic with less fighting. If we can get you through the middle of the city and to the safari zone, then perhaps I can keep you guys safe within there. You will may have a better chance with that then if you continue to sit and debate here, only hoping that something bad won't happen if you finally do end up trying to escape that way."

The two men walked to the emptied house, looking at the bird once again as if trying to gauge its trustworthiness. "Here, huh?" the first asked, turning to his comrade and their injured ally. "You hold Jenkins, I'm checking this place out." He strode forward as he passed Jenkins to his other comrade, booting open the door with a powerful kick and checking out what was inside. A minute or so of silence passed, the remaining soldier warily glancing at the door as if waiting for an ambush. Instead, he found his companion, grinning and pointing into the door.
"Room's empty. Put Jenkins down so we can get him back on his feet while I watch perimeter," he directed, the soldier saluting and running off. "Hey, thanks for that one. Good birdie," he added, before releasing a bright-eyed Sableye from a Pokeball. It chittered eagerly as it fell in step with its trainer, the two keeping the building under watch while Jenkins got patched up.
Seemed like Noctis had done his job well!
Nebula
The police didn't notice the Pokemon, but maybe that was a good thing. It meant Nebula would get a front-seat view to their usual crisis procedure. The officers on duty seemed a bit nervous, this event marking their first time drills turned to reality.
Event procedure normally said to get to the nearest exit, but the nearest exits in this case were all being simultaneously attacked. Instead, it was time for a desperate plan B: the Safari Zone. The Zone itself had been overrun long ago, with Pokemon running wild all over the place and spilling into Fuchsia's routes. However, there were still emergency personnel buildings, which had been reinforced just in case the Zone's Pokemon got a little too out of hand. They were underutilized and in a bad state, but they were better than nothing.
The security Mr. Mimes began to surround the civilians, preparing to lay barriers if any Pokemon or particularly stealthy Zemina agents prepared to take advantage of the mass of people. It would be time to march soon.
Infernos
Infernos would find his opinion was quite right. The civilians had stopped panicking as much, and the police were gradually routing people away from the hectic fights around the exits. Perhaps Nebula would be able to help some people elsewhere, but as far as the flaming hound would see everything was going quite well.
Granted, there were the occasional shady whispers from the alleyways. But they were subtle and difficult to trace, just as the town's citizens were.
Mask and Somnis
The patrol nodded. "Good. Never know when any of these wilds are gonna sneak up on ya, eh? Guess Dolph here must've mistaken your Growlithe for one of these Safari Zone Pokemon. See anything out of order, or is it all aces on your end?"
Dear lord, he was a talker. This could be tricky.
The Zigzagoon itself had been thrown off by the Umbreon's scent. That man who smelled of Pokemon reeked of shady mammals anyway, and the Umbreon seemed like a near-perfect match. Different, but still similar enough to fool the little raccoon. It turned around to the bushes, tracking the path of the Umbreon and wagging its tail slightly tensely. The question in its body language was clear as day: friend or foe?
Elliot and Tamashi
"Safari Zone, huh?" the tall man asked. "Didn't that place get overrun a while back?"
"Yeah!" another citizen added. "I don't want those things going all Pewter Park on all of us."
"You're crazy," a woman replied. "That's just a movie, and I'd rather deal with a couple of Pokemon than these trained soldiers."
"Soldiers? More like a buncha thugs," an older man muttered. "My will is as strong as my Venomoth's toxins. You run, but I'm standing and fighting! Who's with me!?" A few cheers rang out, but so did a few hushes and a particularly opinionated "Shut up!"
Unfortunately the crowd was a mix of raging emotions, and Elliot's protests were just one minnow in a sea of voices. More rocks tumbled down the cliffs flanking Route 19, and it was clear if these people didn't start to come to a consensus they would find the battle heading their way. Elliot Carmichael

NOCTIS;;Nodding in satisfaction, Noctis saluted the soldier with the sableye and pushed off into the sky with his wings. He flew high above the buildings peering into the streets and alleyways in search of his own master. It took him several moments, but he finally spotted him near the seaside exit, currently trying to get the attention of a group of people. Noctis cocked his head in slight confusion, as it was a funny sight to watch his master try and speak to a crowd of civilians. He was used to operatives that were there to listen to his command or employees, who were ALSO meant to listen to his command. Not any normal everyday civilian people. So when they stopped listening to him and started talking amongst themselves the murkrow decided that he could be of some help.
He squawked loudly and began to fly in swift circles around the crowd, getting quicker and closer like a whirlwind as he did. Trying to use the buffer of his wings and the sound of his passing through air to get their attention. Then he began to gradually move higher as corralled and eventually slowed his movement enough to guide himself back to Elliot. "Good job," He heard his master say, "Now go and see if you can find Somniis and Mask to tell them to move into the Safari zone to help hide citizens." Noctis cawed and took off into the sky once again.
NEBULA;; As Nebula had trained with Elliot for most of her life, she knew his ways and his techniques. She decided, as no one had noticed her, that she would start to use these techniques to her advantage. She began to use the world around her as her barrier. The chaos, people, pokemon, buildings. She continued to linger around the group of people merely because she saw it as her duty to protect them. Because she helped to calm them, she felt an obligation to them. Perhaps something bad could happen while they were attempting to get the civilians to safety, if that something bad happened and the authorities couldn't handle it themselves then Perhaps Nebula could be of some help. She kept herself out of plain view and constantly scanning the area. Especially dark crevices and places where Zemina agents or pokemon could pop out to cause trouble.
MASK & SOMNIIS;; The Mask in the man shrugged, causing the man to do so anyway. "Nothing that could cause alarm, saw some of the local Pokes, but decided they shouldn't be much of a threat. What about on your end? See anything strange except a frightened agent and his Poke deputies?" Mask did his best to be funny and seem like he belonged, but not too relaxed at all simply because this was a war zone and he shouldn't be relaxed. The other would think there was something wrong if he were. But He didn't want to seem suspicious either so he attempted more casual small talk, as if he were trying to keep himself from allowing the fear to control him. Which he was totally wigging out inside, even though he'd done this many times before and he was trained for it. "Speaking of Poke Deputies, Cosmos, where'd you go?" He began looking around the woods for any sign of life before he noticed the Zigzagoon peering into the bushes.
Somniis was a night hunter, the only reason why the zigzagoon could smell her was because she wanted him to. When he caught onto her smell her eyes flashed in the night from the light getting caught in the lining within her eyes. When Mask called a random name and asked if they were around, Somniis took that as her cue and gracefully glided out of the bushes and into the open to face the other pokemon. Her long ears were perked in interest as she approached the zigzagoon and sniffed in his direction.
"Ah! There you are my dear!" Mask said and had the growlith at his feet start scanning the trees.
INFERNOS;; Leaving the Absol behind him, Infernos began his search once again. But this time he would go it alone. He didn't need the other to help him in his search for people needing help or others needing to be beat up. He was perfectly grown up and capable of thinking for himself. In which case he left the scene of the crowd and began to go deeper into the war front to see if he could find anyone who was hurt or in need of help where no one was willing to look. EVENT, I am so sorry this is late! D: Please don't disqualify me! I'm still here!
