Loyal: She is loyal to a fault, resulting in loyalties being placed before her own safety or reason. This loyalty is for a select few though.
Smart: No pushover when it comes to strategy and puzzles, this is what helped her make it to the Champion during her one and only run of the Elite 4. She lost in the end, though her strategy was solid according to those who were watching.
Energetic: She is always full of energy. There isn't a moment when it doesn't seem like she's about ready to bounce off walls.
Friendly: She can make friends easily, always having found it easy to do so among anyone, her spaztic nature makes her seem a bit adorable to some.d
Brave: Willing to take chances that most would shy away from, Calista is not afraid to do what she feels it takes to achieve her goals.
Overly Chatty: She's a chatter box, want her to stop talking to you? Walk away. Don't mind the chatting? You may by the time she's done talking.
Strong Fears: She has a crippling fear of major storms. Any natural storm freaks her out, often times causing her to curl up away from the world and just wait it out. Storms caused by Pokemon don't bother her as much, but that's mostly because it's normally mid battle. She also fears the idea of being bound up or trapped in a small room in any way.

Born eighteen years ago in Twinleaf Town, Calista showed a huge interest in Pokemon from an early age. For her fifth birthday her parents got her an Eevee. By the time she turned twelve she was ready to leave her home, the events of Team Galactic having just ended as she left home on her adventure. She traveled on her own for three years, things going along smoothly, slowly working her way around the region and collecting badges, proving herself one step at a time.
The year before the events that would take place in Kalos and Unova happened, she headed to the Elite Four. She fought long and hard, working her way up through the ranks, using all her experience from the previous three years to work her way through them. She did manage to get to nearly make it all the way, finding herself in a position she had never expected herself to get to. The last battle was the hardest fought of her entire, three year journey and was well worth the effort, or so she had thought. The final KO was a close one, Yui, her Vaporeon just not being able to stand up long enough to get her the victory in the end. Though she lost, she knew her strategy in the battle was solid, having made it further than many could have even hoped to dream of doing.
Shortly after her personal victory and her ego had risen, news of the attacks in Kalos and the renewed events in Unova reached the region. The following months were crucial to the girl's stance on the whole war that started to break out, quickly moving to support the League, who she had seen as working as hard as they could to keep these things from happening. She quickly picked up an alternate look, wanting to keep her mostly neutral family out of the conflict. Though she hasn't really fought on the front lines, preferring just to try to put down any conflicts in Sinnoh, protecting the region that she was vastly loyal to. She does know that it's only a matter of time before she needs to take a more aggressive approach and protect her region from the rebellion.
