Wallace, Champion of Hoenn, is still on the side of the League. He's not directly under Zemina but the work the League asks of him is often passed from Zemina. Wallace is a smart man though. He's not a puppet to either organization and has had freedom to pursue his own interests.
Wallace doesn't believe in the propaganda of Boure and doesn't think Kopec's peaceful solutions would put an end to it. No side will step down at this stage of the game. Wallace's actions is more likely to side with Kopec though. Since he's obviously not putting all his effort in Zemina, his allegiance is very questionable. He definitely thinks Boure is wrong though. What's wrong with ten-year-old trainers saving the world? Age has nothing to do with it!
Wallace would be very interested to meet individuals who exhibit a far-sighted attitude regarding the conflict, no matter what their side is. He likes keeping contact with others.
So short threads would be welcome. Any meetings of sort. Encounters are very important. For other threads, I would be glad to have Wallace a particular role if you think his character would be perfect for it.
