Kopec, the neutral side in this war, has possibly the most well structured system. Considered a democracy, the Kopec system is specifically designed to increase media output- this way they can spread their ideas quickly and gain more sympathizers. The council board votes on issues and decides the best course of action. Everything is sent to the president to be approved. Although it's slightly corporate-oriented, Kopec values it's followers and treats them with the upmost respect.

FOLLOWERS: Followers are people who generally want peace. They aren't necessarily active members- but they will happily contribute in any small way they can. Among the Followers are also people who don't exactly know exactly which side they support. Kopec constantly tries to win them over.

AUTHORS: The writers of Kopec. They will submit any sort of piece to the Distributors for release- whether it's a book, a newspaper, a magazine, anything. They work long and hard each day to keep propaganda and press moving.

DISTRIBUTORS: Whether they're small business owners, retired authors or just plain citizens, Distributors are responsible for sending press out to all kinds of places. They find safe, secure places to sell newspapers and other forms of media.

MERCENARIES: This part of Kopec is not known to the public, and to many of it's own members. Mercenaries are soldiers who remain neutral in the war for their own gain. They rent themselves out to Boure or Zemina for certain ambushes or battles, in exchange for money, goods or favors.

PUBLIC SPEAKERS: Public Speakers are equal to authors, except they prepare speeches and perform them for the public. In many towns across the world there are public speakings almost daily- they try to get people to join Kopec's cause and convince people that peace is the way to go.

BOARD MEMBERS: Board Members are the members of Kopec that vote on issues and decide what the course of action is. There are 9 board members total- they all answer the the president in non-vote related areas. Many of them also hold other jobs, usually they are writers with a particularly good sense of the way things work.

CHAIRMAN: The chairman (or chairwoman, females are also accepted) acts as not only the leader of vote-related topics, but also as the vice president. The chairman is the president's right hand man. Very important and helpful when it comes to public affairs, as the president sometimes may want to stay out of the spotlight. NOTE: Your character must have participated in at least ONE sitewide event to become the chairman.

PRESIDENT: The top dog, the big man. The president is the leader of all Kopec affairs, he or she has the final say when it comes to Kopec's actions. The president is the only person who can overrun the board's decisions if he or she pleases, although it's usually not necessary. NOTE: You must have participated in ONE sitewide event and have 25 IC posts to become the president.
