FRIENDS

Friends? Sure, Elijah would love some friends. Friends he can use at his leisure and friends he can count on to do him a solid when times get pretty rough. He's all too familiar with a give and take relationship, a favor here and there to keep the cogs turning. Even his alliance with Boure is for mutual benefit, he needs to be sure that there will be people defending him if push comes to shove, and he's willing to expend some manpower when the time comes. Course, he also has a nasty habit of thinking about himself and doing what needs to be done, even if it means leaving a few people behind, but hey, what are the chances that that's going to be you?

ENEMIES

The fewer enemies, the better, but when you head one of the biggest telecommunications company across the region, you get some mighty fine competition, and they don't always play nice. It also figures that Elijah sparkling personally, what with his default insults and brash way of talking, doesn't earn him as many points as he likes. Course, he curbs that whenever there's actually someone important, but ninety percent of the time, he says and does what he wants. Rich boy, remember?

LOVERS

One night stands come and go, though, Arceus forbid he actually finds someone he loves more than himself. Bisexual, so he chats up with almost anyone who's mildly attractive. Of course, he makes it clear enough that he doesn't expect them to stick around for longer than two days, casual relationships aside, there are only certain lengths he'll go for a person he likes. Actual relationships are difficult and messy, he'd really just prefer not to carry the baggage.

HYPOTHETICALLY, if elijah and sophia knew each other, would the concept of 'using' each other ever come to mind. perhaps in passing. say there's an event, or a party, a little shindig, and it requires the attendance of a more sophisticated touch. would it be too forward for elijah to ask sophia to accompany him, for the sake of eye candy? don't get him wrong, there are probably nameless others he can invite along, but he'd like to actually go with someone he doesn't have to be ashamed of.

as for the task itself, her entire career is to be eye candy. she'd be 10000% suited for the role, actually.

and yeah she's a super established celebrity in sinnoh so she's def gonna turn a few heads at any event. i'm not sure if that means that she's gonna steal the spotlight from him, or if people are going to start wondering how elijah managed to be connected with the most talented coordinator of their generation. i guess that's your pick,really.
